You Were Never Really Here

A new movie from director Lynne Ramsay (We Need To Talk About Kevin) tells a story about brutal enforcer (Joaquin Phoenix) who must find and rescue a missing teenage girl. You Were Never Really Here won Best Actor and Best Screenplay awards this year at Cannes Film Festival. It was also nominated for Palme d’Or award for best movie.

Joaquin Phoenix is an excellent actor, director Ramsay already proved herself with We Need To Talk About Kevin and based on that and trailer it looks like an interesting movie worth checking out.
